Radisson Blu Conference Hotel, Düsseldorf

“Great location and delicious breakfast, but the service and attention to detail fell short of expectations.”

The hotel sits in a great spot—walking to the city centre is a pleasant stroll, and a tram stop is just 100 metres away. Breakfast was tasty. We stayed when the place was packed and felt it was short‑staffed; check‑in required nearly 20 minutes in line. A promised baby cot never arrived. Our room lacked shower gel, and getting housekeeping to replace it was a struggle. No bathrobes or disposable slippers were in the room either.

waw. Wat een ontvangst. zowel aan de receptie als aan de bar en in het restaurant voor het ontbijt. Zéér vriendelijke staff. De kamer was excellent, met een zeer goed bed. De badkamer was uitstekend met een goede douche. Er is veel aanwezig zoals haardroger en andere amenities. En het ontbijt was echt subliem. Ik heb mijn buikje echt rond gegeten. Er is enorm veel keuze en er is zelfs live cooking, dus laat de kok weten hoe je je eitjes wil!. als ik echt heel kritisch moet zijn, was er een oude kleine vlek op de tapijt in onze kamer. Maar ik ben er wel van overtuigd dat de kamers grondig gereinigd worden

“Angenehme und wohlwollende Begegnung. Die Leute an der Rezeption waren sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.”

The room and bathroom are in exceptionally good condition and leave almost no wish unfulfilled. No complaints from us.

Top location, great price‑performance, good room amenities. The carpet in the hallway on the 10th floor needs replacing; it’s past its prime. 😉
