“Estafa para turistas”

We only spent one night, which was a relief because the place turned out to be a rip‑off. They advertised €59 but ended up charging us €125, and the “hotel” is really just a small unit inside a half‑empty mall that you can’t even find without calling ahead. The room itself was okay but filthy, the bathroom had only a curtain and moldy corners, and the lobby was cluttered with debris while missing the services they promised.

The décor of the property really suited what we were looking for, so that part was spot on. Unfortunately, getting a clear answer from staff was a hassle and breakfast was basically just a Chinese bento box, which felt pretty limited. Overall, the style was good but the service left a lot to be desired.

Location couldn't be better – right next to the main attractions and the metro entrance is right under the building, making trips super easy. The staff were friendly and always ready to help, and because it's inside a shopping centre we had everything we needed at hand. All in all a very convenient spot.

“Très bon emplacement près de l’armée des soldats de terre (15min de didi). OK pour 1 nuit sur place”

The hotel sits in a great spot for visiting the army museum and the staff were genuinely helpful. We were moved to a room with a very stiff futon and a stale smell, without any warning or compensation, and the whole building looked dirty and under construction. It’s not great right now, but I hope they sort it out.
