Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The location is close to the metro, the view from the window is nice. I saw two bugs that looked like cockroaches, the floor in the room was very dirty, the bedding had a stale smell, but for one night it was okay.

Very good location, in the center, nice view, convenient to many places. The rooms were cleaned before arrival, overall cleanliness. Perhaps for that price we shouldn’t have expected something wow and maybe we were unlucky with the neighbors, but the experience was not very positive. One man came drunk in the evening and talked loudly throughout the apartment for a while, making it hard to sleep. There was also a woman, I don’t know who she was, who decided to take food from the fridge without saying anything; if something was wrong, she could have just spoken, instead of taking and throwing away someone else’s food in a rude way. If you don’t like something, just say it – people have mouths for a reason, they’re made for communication. And I’ll leave the last point as dessert… there were cockroaches in the kitchen and in the room we stayed in 🙂

The bed was broken, the switches didn't work, and the fridge didn't cool. There were constant power outages.

From the 21st floor window I could see the Warsaw panorama, and the water was warm and the Wi‑Fi worked. But a cockroach appeared, the carpet stuck, the flush was broken, and a foam wall covering had been glued on for six years, apparently only to hide a particle board.
