There was no breakfast, the listing claimed a four‑star hotel but it felt like a one‑star, the bed was broken, shower water pressure was awful, coffee was in the room but no sugar or whitener so most guests wouldn’t drink it, I told them we were arriving late and that I wouldn’t have a phone so they couldn’t reach me by phone or email, there was no one in the office, the door read the room number and code was sent by email, yet I had no access to phone or email, so I had to call someone who said there was a pool but it was closed for maintenance, read above, I think you owe me a refund.
