They refused to honor my booking, claiming no reservation was found through your app even though I presented the confirmation; they still made me pay extra for the room, and while the food was decent, the prices were too high.

The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but at 3 am loud shouting erupted at the reception by some idiots, and no one was there to handle it.

The property was clean, but it is about 8 km from the railway station.

Only the location was good; the room was much smaller than the pictures showed and the food was pathetic.
