The room was clean, the beach and pool were nice, but the food quality was average.

The only redeeming feature of this place was the sandy beach. The food was below average, terribly prepared, repetitive, and we had to leave the hotel for a decent meal. Bed sheets were old and unbearable, so we requested another set, which turned out to be old and worn out as well. Hygiene was not up to standard; minibar mugs were used and not washed after previous guests, raising doubts about other cleanliness issues. Some staff at reception and the beach guard were helpful, but the rest were almost rude and lacked professionalism.

The reception was very accommodating, even though we arrived late. In particular, Herr Achmet Mazhar, the concierge, was exceptionally helpful.
