Check‑in took more than half an hour, there was no hot water, the air‑conditioning wasn’t cool, the phone on the desk for calling reception was broken, and sometimes there wasn’t enough water for a shower.

The pool was filthy, and the hotel let outsiders pay to swim, which made it uncomfortable for those of us staying. It needs frequent cleaning and water changes, and they should restrict non‑guests.
