The room wasn’t cleaned properly, the staff seemed untrained in hospitality and unsure how to greet a guest, the bed sheets weren’t changed, and the towels they gave were damaged.
The breakfast arrangements did not meet expectations.
The staff behaved well, but the breakfast was lacking.

The food was exceptional and tasty, with many varieties of Kerala‑style dishes, the staff were clean and smiling, and they never turned customers away. The pool was under maintenance, so it couldn’t be used.
The swimming pool was in a pathetic condition, and the hotel staff didn’t even try to inform guests about it.
