The room offers fabulous, beautiful views. Some scaffolding was blocking the façade.

The location is fancy and perfect by the main center. However, one of the bar staff was rude when I asked her the price in English; she called someone else to answer me and left abruptly.

I was shocked by how terrible the dinner service was—my meal took a full two hours to arrive, and I've never seen such poor service at any hotel I've ever eaten at. Sending a non‑English speaking waiter to serve an English‑speaking table was a disaster. You really need to step up your game!

The room was spacious with a stunning view, and the lounge bar and restaurant were enjoyable. Parking was a bit of a hassle, and breakfast was decent but not replenished, so it felt less satisfying when it was late.
