Hoe gasten het hotel beoordelen, aspect voor aspect.
The stay was decent, but the hotel didn’t follow the same protocol as other Hampton properties. We were assigned a room right by the elevator, which was in need of repair and made a lot of noise. On top of that, the door shared with the next room let me hear a baby cry and scream all night, and I could hear every word spoken next door.

The staff refused to use the name I supplied, forcing me to correct a welcome message on the TV that mistakenly called me something else. They claimed it was Skyler's responsibility to change my name, yet all other communications had it right. I’m heading to another Hampton Inn next weekend and already dread encountering another employee who might treat me disrespectfully.
