The staff were calm and gentle, and you can arrange a 24/7 tour to Cái Răng floating market through the hotel, which is very handy. The property sits near the city centre, about 1 km from Ninh Kiều pier and the night market, with plenty of food stalls and services around, and the price matches the room rate. The ceiling feels low, giving a cramped feeling, and although the façade looks spacious, the actual building is tiny—just enough space for two cars to pass each other.

The hotel's location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. However, the room itself was a letdown, especially the bed, which was one of the worst I've ever slept on. The bed was so uncomfortable that it made the whole stay a bit of a struggle.
