They were really pleasant, stored our luggage before and after check‑in/out. They gave us coffee and some croissants. They gave us an invitation to an aperitif. They were attentive all the time. We’ll recommend them.

The staff were helpful and service‑oriented, the room was clean with good beds, but the room’s sound insulation was a bit lacking.

Nice room and friendly helpful staff. Raj was looking out for us as we struggled to find the door to the apartment block. Very very glad he did. Locating the door on the street to the apartment is tricky

This place falls far short of its online hype; there was no reception desk, and we were greeted by someone shouting our names on the street. No clear signage at the entrance, we were led through a random gate littered with construction debris and rubbish, even blood on the path. The room felt like a hostel—unclean and extremely noisy, sharing a bathroom with the next room. Staff knocked on our door at 8 am and have stopped responding to us despite multiple attempts to reach them.

Niente. Una volta arrivati in albergo ci hanno detto che le due stanze che avevamo prenotato (e pagato anticipatamente) non erano disponibili. Ci hanno quindi spostato in un'altra struttura dove però avevano solo una camera disponibile. Nonostante ci avessero garantito il rimborso del prezzo della camera (di cui non abbiamo potuto usufruire), questo non è avvenuto
