Datang jam 03.00 pagi, tapi ga ada satupun staf yg stand by, menunggu dan panggil2 di front office selama 30 menit lebih tp ga ada yg nge respon. Akhirnya kami batal menginap krn tidak ketemu staff yg membantu kami utk check in

The hotel failed to provide towels, tissues, shampoo, and some crocoaches, and the bathroom door was damaged. The location was very quiet.

The location and price were good, but the room offered only basic facilities and nothing else.

Everything was dirty and stinky, especially the bathroom, and there were no bath towels. We had no choice but to leave because everything else was sold out in town.
