The welcome, attentive and helpful staff were wonderful. Our son fell ill on the day of departure and the staff were very understanding. The breakfast was hearty, varied and balanced, and the bedding was very comfortable. The only minor issue was that you can’t hear much street traffic. It’s the only small drawback, but the riad is extra. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at Koutoubia Royal and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Marrakech. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! There was something different every day, with slight variations to keep things interesting, so you never got bored of the food. The traditional vibe of the riad was beautiful and made our stay feel even more special. A special mention to Abdul and Ayoub, who were exceptional hosts. They were incredibly welcoming, hospitable, and accommodating throughout our stay. We were travelling with our 1-year-old son, and they looked after us so well. They even washed our son’s bottles and boiled water for his formula milk, which was such a thoughtful gesture and made travelling with a little one so much easier. The housekeeping service was another lovely touch. It was so nice to return to the riad after a day of exploring and find our room and bathroom clean and tidy. The location is absolutely ideal! The riad is conveniently situated on the main road, very close to Jemaa el-Fnaa and the souks. We were able to walk everywhere and didn’t need to take a taxi during our stay, which was a huge plus. Overall, we had a fantastic experience. Highly recommended! We would definitely stay here again. One small suggestion would be to add a bidet shower in the bathroom and provide more lighting in the room. These additions would make the stay even more comfortable

I found the location to be very central, but the noise from the busy street right outside made it a bit loud.

We absolutely loved our time here; the room was safe, spotless, and roomy, with comfy beds and a lovely bathroom. The spot was great, and Abdul at reception was wonderful—he even stored our bags before we checked in.
