The welcome was very good, Pascal gave excellent advice and was very pleasant, guiding us to the parking and then to the apartment with a lot of care.

The only thing I liked was the host Pascal’s friendliness. However, many things fell short of expectations: the room was dirty, the towel had been used, and the bed might not have been clean; the bathroom was filthy, and there was a lot of dust. At check‑in, crumbs from leftover food were on the table and the host simply swept them onto the floor. The breakfast was pathetic. On the tiny kitchen, a guest was charging a scooter, blocking the path and forcing us to squeeze around it. During the night, guests started making noise after a late bar visit, so I had to leave and complain. I couldn’t sleep well that night, especially after a long flight.

Pascal was super welcoming and really helped us get into the place, giving loads of tips for exploring Lyon. We highly recommend him!

The host went out of his way to make us feel special, showing us where to park and suggesting a restaurant; it was perfect. The location is ideal for heading to the Doua campus and close to the metro for getting to Lyon. For business trips, it’s easier to pay by card.
