The front desk guy was really friendly and helpful, I think his name was Erick, but my room was infested with roaches.

Nothing was good, and everything was bad: I only got two pillows, the sheets were dirty, and a horrible smell filled the hallways and my room.

Nothing was good; the whole place smelled like sewage, the staff were unfriendly, and the rooms had terrible, outdated furniture.

I disliked everything about my visit. I was sold an overbooked room, and I had to hang up twice when trying to get a refund. You’re thieves, and you’ll never get my business again. I need my money back.
