The location was perfect in the center of Florence. They were very accommodating with the parking of our car. Our hotel room was immaculate with a very nice bathroom. Francesca, who was the concierge, was absolutely the best! She helped answer all our questions and made our stay very comfortable. She was extremely professional and patient . The breakfast was really good

We had such a great time here during our stay. The staff were so helpful and friendly and really went out of their way to make sure we had everything we needed. Their list of recommended restaurants was excellent and they were happy to make bookings for us if needed which we really appreciated. The room was gorgeous, and the breakfast was lovely. Location is also amazing - very close to Palazzo Pitti and one bridge up from Ponte Vecchio. No suggestions!
