The staff were attentive and very friendly, breakfast was plentiful and tasty, and the location was great; we even managed to check in late at night, which was appreciated. On the downside, the room had only one outlet in the bedroom and one next to the bed, insufficient lighting, outlets that buzzed, no hangers in the wardrobe, unfinished details—there was a noticeable large hole in the bathroom and wall stains—and the pool was not heated.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay in Marrakech; the property’s location is convenient for exploring the city, and the staff, especially the night watchman who was friendly, smiling, and attentive, were very welcoming. However, the value for money felt a bit disappointing, the room finishes were incomplete, one of the two shower stalls lacked a mixer, we spotted cockroaches, the air‑conditioning was subpar, and the Riad’s services are quite pricey compared to outside options.

Yes. The room was poorly maintained, with the floor uneven in several spots, sheets with multiple stains, and dirty carpets.
