The place really knows how to look after pets – there’s plenty of greenery and the staff are friendly and welcoming. The only thing that kept me from giving it five stars was the room size; it felt a bit tight for a dog and a balcony would have been a nice extra.

The kids’ club was a blast – Mega, Mimi, Cebola, Arthur, Coró, Salsicha and Cascão kept the Easter program lively and I’ve never seen anything like it before. Food was spot‑on, tasty and well‑presented, and the rooms were roomy and comfy, making the whole stay feel relaxed.

Recreation is definitely the highlight here; the programs kept everyone entertained. It was a bit disappointing that the Arabic night dinner wasn’t held at the poolside restaurant as advertised.
