Great hotel, the girl at the reception was very helpful and nice with us. The pool is really cool and the location is great in the center of Nizwa. A/C directly facing the bed

The location is perfect—just a few minutes to the city centre where there are plenty of restaurants, and the market is a quick walk away. Still, the accommodation sits quietly in a side street. The beds are comfortable and there is air‑con. The receptionist lady was incredibly kind, gave us fresh dates, and offered daily room cleaning that we didn’t need. There’s also a small pool that’s cleaned each evening, perfect for cooling off. Problems were handled quickly and we were offered another room—perfect service! The neighbor’s roosters crow all day and night—no good for a light sleep. In the lower rooms the air‑con sometimes smells unpleasant and there were ants. We didn’t want to use the kitchen at all; we’re just used to something else. At the pool, a few loungers instead of plastic chairs would be great, and there’s only one umbrella that provides shade—another is there but has been broken for a while.
