The staff were lovely – super helpful! They are the best part of the hotel. The breakfast was also really good and they provided it early because we were leaving early. It wasn’t good value for money: no hot water in 2/3 rooms booked and we had to change 2/3 rooms because in one the AC leaked and flooded the floor, and in the other there was no water pressure in the shower. It was also noisy being on a main road – fine if it was cheap, but it wasn’t.

The rooms were nice and the bed comfortable, but there was no hot water and the staff were incredibly slow.

The staff were helpful and available, and the breakfast was decent but very limited in variety. The location is near a market, the room windows are fragile and noisy, they don’t close properly, there’s no mini fridge in the room, no juice or water offered at breakfast, the restaurant staff are loud, payment by card isn’t possible, and they don’t respond to emails.
