The reception was warm, the family-run establishment was very charming, the staff and especially the owners were helpful, and it was a pleasure to stay with them. The street is really bad, you hear too many cars, but the kindness and friendliness with which they greet guests erase that small flaw. Thank you a lot 🌻.

The location is great. The hotel is small but very cozy, with every space thoughtfully arranged. It’s a family‑run place, and the owners are extremely friendly. The breakfasts are the best ever—there’s a wide variety of dishes, and each day offers fresh fruit like bananas, apples, grapes, and strawberries. The owners know the local attractions and history well and happily suggest what to see, where to eat lunch or dinner. The name of the hotel, translated from Uzbek, means “Pomegranate,” and it truly reflects that concept. The place is very clean, beautiful, and feels like home.

The hotel exceeded every expectation; I never imagined meeting such a warm, spotless place. When we arrived at the station after a night of traveling, they greeted us, handled our check‑in, and when we entered the room I was amazed by the immaculate cleanliness—everything was considered down to the smallest detail. The beds and bathroom were spotless, and the breakfast was perfect; the aunt preparing it was sweet and friendly, a true delight. She also offered us a cooler with cold drinks, which was a lovely touch. The first day we had breakfast, and when we went downstairs to explore, the owner kindly guided us right to the center of the sights, providing a very thoughtful service. At night, they welcomed us again, asking if we needed anything. The next morning, they inquired whether we wanted the room cleaned, and since our departure was at 7 am, they prepared a nice breakfast package with drinks and handed it to us. I believe this is a five‑star hotel that offers unsurpassed comfort, and we were very satisfied. We recommend it to everyone and send endless thanks to the owners of Anor Hotel. We had no negative experiences; everything was perfect, thank you again.
