Nothing good. The blankets smelled bad, the mattresses were taken from the street, and five people slept in the living room. It was so scary that I ran out of there; that was the best decision.

I booked a matrimonial room but found two single beds spaced two metres apart. The room door had no lock and wouldn’t close, so there was zero privacy or security. The sheets were filthy, truly very dirty. The accommodation was on the fifth floor with no elevator; the stairs were dark and unlit, the room was scorching hot and uninhabitable. I’ve never seen a place like this in my life. I absolutely do not recommend it. I paid for two days, but after seeing the conditions I left immediately and booked elsewhere—there’s no comparison.

“Queja por el mal estado del hospedaje”

Nada en lo absoluto no era lo que realmente han publicado definitivamente no me pude quejar en el alojamiento La Sona era muy peligrosa y el hospedaje no cumplía los requisitos básicos para alojarse El alojamiento era inseguro era un lugar de indigentes No tenía agua y el váter estaba sucio de estiércol y de orina etc. No tenía puerta era una lámina metálica Me tocó buscar otro alojamiento apenas amaneció porque me fue imposible salir esa misma noche a buscar otro alojamiento porque la Sona era muy peligrosa y pase sentada toda la noche esperando que amaneciera Por esa razón exijo mi desembolso total de mi dinero los 15,20€ que me cobró de tasas y el pago total de las 2 noches. No me gustó nada del alojamiento por lo explicado anteriormente Y reitero mi petición de que se me de el reembolso total de lo pagado en ese alojamiento
