The location had ample parking on site. The room was okay. The pool was clean. The kitchen was very tasty. The sparkling wine was superb! Breakfast was fine (Italian with plenty of sweets). The coffee was very good. The mattress had had its best days; it should quietly be replaced.

The location is fantastic, but the reception was a bit disappointing.

The setting and the pool are great, yet the air‑conditioner is noisy, breakfast is just okay, and the on‑site dinner is rather pricey.

The place was very clean, quiet with only 7 rooms, a nice pool, and excellent beds; however, breakfast could have been more extensive, most staff spoke only Italian with limited English, and the air‑conditioning didn’t get cold enough during the hot period we stayed (red‑code).
