The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and courteous, though the room felt a bit cramped, which is acceptable for a solo traveler.

The bathroom walls, flooring and the new, clean building materials impressed me, and the location was good, yet the deluxe double room felt smaller than comparable rooms at other hotels. I even recalled staying in a single room here before, and my luggage was cramped right at the edge of the bed.
