The location was convenient, the pool looked great, and the staff were friendly, yet the room we received was fine at first but returned in the evening with cockroaches and no bug spray; a new room was offered but still had bugs, plus a cracked toilet seat and exposed wiring in the bathroom, leaving me unwilling to stay and too late to find another place.

The bed was excellent and the room stayed clean, but I found ants crawling on the floor.

The location and swimming pool were great, yet the room lacked a kettle and a fridge.

Customer service was a major disappointment.

The hotel has a pool and everything looks nice overall, but the room was small, unfriendly, and the shower leaked so part of the floor was wet; the décor was very plain and the place felt bland. The location offers almost nothing, and for entertainment you’d have to search for a tricycle and look further afield. The only thing nearby is the beach, which provides little. A few kilometers away is a beach club that’s pleasant to visit. The surroundings of the hotel are dirty and grimy: people don’t bother to clean up their mess, which just lies on the street.
