The location of this hotel is super convenient for getting around and grabbing food, but unfortunately, the front desk staff let me down. I'd booked a room in advance, but when I arrived, they told me they'd made an error and that I'd have to upgrade to a different room at a higher price. It was frustrating, especially since I'd already confirmed my booking. Despite this hiccup, the rest of my stay was smooth, and I appreciated the easy access to local eateries and transportation.

The hotel's location is one of its best features - it's just a short walk from Van Han Mall, so you can easily get around without needing to book a ride. That's about the only positive thing I can say, though. Unfortunately, I didn't have a great experience with the hotel's staff or facilities.

I made a reservation, but when I showed up, the hotel claimed they never received it. I had to intervene to get them to honor it, but even then, they said they were fully booked. Needless to say, I won't be staying here anytime soon. Their reservation system seems to be non-existent, and their staff's lack of professionalism was staggering.
