It’s acceptable for a family, reasonably set up, and the staff are very nice and helpful, but they called it a 3‑star hotel—not a 4‑star. The bathroom needs repair and there are many stains on the living room carpet. Parking is scarce right at the entrance and the rear parking lot isn’t available. For the price I expected more, but it’s still much better than other hotels in Bursa that I found awful on my last trip.

The spot is great for its location, but the staff, cleanliness, and food left a lot to be desired.
