The accommodation was well‑located in Kaohsiung. Even with a last‑minute booking, we received all the necessary information to access the place very quickly. The apartment is truly spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated.

The elevator was very convenient, the room was large and comfortable, with a separate dressing area, balcony, and bathtub, giving an overall good feeling. I didn’t like the fake plants in the room. That night, the room next door was noisy, but after reporting it to the caretaker it became quiet quickly.

Clear guidance for accommodation. They gave the wrong room number, and when I opened the door there was already a guest inside. I called the owner, and the staff said it was a mistake from the service, asked me to confirm, then hung up. The customer service was quick to respond and apologized in the messages, and I asked them to explain to the mistakenly opened guest, but there was no further explanation. This experience scared the guests in two rooms; I don’t know if the wrong door code was changed, which made me feel unsafe, so I blocked my door with many things while sleeping. I won’t stay again, and I warn friends and family not to stay here. Subjective feelings: 1. Hair on the bed. 2. Poor soundproofing. 3. Drainage issues.
