“Comfortable but a bit isolated”
The staff really made an effort to ensure our comfort, which was great. However, I do wish we were closer to some shops and entertainment options - it's a bit of a trek to get to anything.

I loved the cozy rooms and friendly staff - they really made my 2-night stay enjoyable. Thanks to everyone for making me feel welcome!
“Friendly staff, but...”
The staff were super helpful, especially manager David who sorted out any issues we had. They were also really flexible with our checkout time since our flight was late in the evening. The hotel's got a great car park and it's conveniently located near a gas station and supermarket, but unfortunately, the location itself isn't ideal.

It was clear that we weren't on their radar, and things were a bit chaotic when we arrived. However, the real issues were the lack of breakfast (which was included in the price), no towels or bedding in some rooms, and no en-suite bathrooms. To top it off, the rooms were right on the highway and had no air conditioning. We only had to stay for a few hours, but it was still a pretty miserable experience.

I'm really happy with my stay - everything was great. As someone who travels to Yerevan for work a lot, this hotel is my go-to. No complaints here!
