Everything was great: friendly staff, amazing restaurants and food, and a great location with stunning views of the Matterhorn. The facility was beautiful and the staff were great. Everything was perfect.

The hotel staff were very friendly, and there was a shuttle that could take you to the station or other transport points. If you booked a mountain‑view room you could quietly enjoy the beauty of the Matterhorn from the balcony. The hotel also offered a restaurant, gym, outdoor pool, and spa, so you could enjoy a full day inside the hotel. Finally, the room was very beautiful, the amenities were high‑quality, and it even had a bathtub.
