“Would stay again”
Local breakfast options were great, and the breakfast service was quick and friendly. The place looked clean and was a perfect arrival spot from Osaka Airport by bus, ready for the Henro pilgrimage. Tourist Information (highly recommend) and the bus/train station with an amazing food court were right around the corner. They also provide a self‑service washing machine and dryer on floor 11. No complaints, it’s not a 5‑star hotel and you don’t pay a 5‑star price. I had unexpected trouble packing before leaving and they started calling the room aggressively a couple of minutes after 10/check‑out. As reception did not speak English, I could not tell them that I was already on my way; that was a bit of an unfortunate ending, but all else was fine.
