The team was efficient, polite, and professional; the room was larger than I anticipated, impeccably clean, and very quiet, making for a lovely stay. Thank you!

Getting to and from the highway was easy, there was plenty of parking, and it was quiet. Any medieval castle would need better illumination; a slightly brighter, cozier light fixture would be nice.
