Pell Palace Hotel & SPA

“Would definitely come here again”

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is excellent, and every staff member was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. We arrived very early, and the staff kindly let us have breakfast while we waited. The breakfast selection was good. Traveling as a family, they arranged three rooms for us on the same floor, which we really appreciated. We were also able to access our room before the official check‑in time, which was incredibly convenient as it gave us the opportunity to freshen up and rest after our journey before heading out. Overall, we had a very positive experience and really appreciated the hospitality and excellent service from the staff. We would definitely recommend this hotel. Nothing to add.

The staff were friendly and helpful, everyone was very kind and spoke English, which made communication very easy. The hotel is new, modern, and very clean. We also loved the location, as it is very close to the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the Grand Bazaar. Although the hotel advertises a SPA, we were a little disappointed to find out that none of the SPA facilities are included for free. When we saw that the hotel had a SPA, we assumed that we would have access to at least some of the facilities as hotel guests. It would be helpful if this was made clearer when booking.

We enjoyed such a pleasant stay. The staff was very nice and helpful, and always there to answer any questions. Kaan was especially friendly! The breakfast provided was generous and had many options. The cleanliness of all the facilities was also very impressive. The location was also very ideal; we were not far away from anything.

“Nice comfortable stay”

I liked the location and the staff were friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were decent. The cleanliness was acceptable but could have been better.
