Vienna welcomed us warmly, the place itself was solid, and it was close to all the key spots.

Only the location was good. They never mentioned that the accommodation was inside a house. We were attended by a 14‑year‑old boy who knew absolutely nothing of English. The entrance was a disaster. The Wi‑Fi didn’t reach the room. The shower is extremely odd; it has a tub but the water jet is perpendicular to the tub, making it the most uncomfortable shower we’ve ever had. There was no hand soap. The bed was okay, but there are far better options. For the same price you can find something far superior. We had a problem because of the train strike in Italy and explained it in advance, but the accommodation refused to accept anything and still forced us to pay the full amount. The owner responds on WhatsApp without issues, but it can’t be that you’re met by a child. She isn’t there all the time.
