The staff were clean and friendly, and the room was spacious. The noise from the construction site was extreme, and the room was meant for disabled guests. The pillows were new but not comfortable, so I had a bad night and the box spring bed was too soft.

Nothing was to my liking. The experience was awful; this was the third worst hotel I've stayed in Brazil.

The room was roomy, the wardrobe was good, the study desk was useful, and the windows and curtains made the room dark enough for sleep. The bathroom lacked a towel rack, had no shelf for personal items, the sink tap was broken, the toilet was dirty, stained, and smelled bad. Cleaning was happening at 06:40, dragging furniture and ruining my rest.

The reception staff were excellent, and the breakfast offered many options. The bathroom was a downside.
