The spot is great, and Simon, the owner, went the extra mile to make our visit perfect – nothing we disliked.

The place is convenient, but parking is tricky and more guidance on road access would help; the streets are narrow and larger cars will have trouble on some sharp turns. We had to wait until breakfast for a host, and the room was chilly and could use a bit of care.

The location, parking, tasty breakfast, and friendly host were all positives; the welcome flapjacks and milk were especially useful. The doors and windows need updating, and a shelf in the shower cubicle for soap and shampoo would have been nice.
