Very quiet, right in the jungle but close to the airport. The staff were extremely nice, the place was clean. Our guide, Adriano, who speaks five languages, took excellent care of us and made our stay unforgettable! The excursions were well organized and very informative. We’re very glad to have been guests here. I didn’t get to fish for pirania 😪

The food was excellent, the staff were very helpful and polite, and the hotel is beautiful; the pillow could have been a bit better, and it would be nice to include a few more activities in the all‑inclusive package.

The location is fantastic, the staff are attentive and professional, the cleaning is excellent, and the staff are friendly; the hotel is beautiful and well maintained, the vegetation is amazing, the pools are delightful with a bungalow to relax, and we loved all the excursions—my 3‑ and 6‑year‑old kids adored them, creating unforgettable moments. The air conditioning was a bit noisy, but nothing that bothered us; the lunch and dinner times could have started earlier, as it was too late for the kids.
