The room felt spacious compared to other hotels, and walking to Keio Arena was easy; breakfast was good, but overall it felt a bit dated.

The front‑desk staff were kind and helpful, the room turned out larger than expected, and the hotel is close to Fudai Kyu Station; although the facilities are old, the handwritten notes from the housekeeping staff and the cute little duck made the stay feel genuinely welcoming, yet a loud thud at midnight—probably a corner protector falling—startled me.

Being the closest to Keio Arena let me return during the event to rest or change, which was great; however, the breakfast at the Chinese restaurant was disappointing because I expected a more substantial congee with plenty of toppings, but it was sparse.
