The location is remote and quiet, the boat station is close, so you can quickly go to Buran. There is a beautiful bar downstairs. The shower cabin is very small

The location is great, the environment is peaceful, and the self‑serve breakfast works well; the air‑conditioning is effective. However, there is no soundproofing, so you can hear almost every breath from the room above, and some of the equipment feels a bit dated.

If you want to escape the noise and find a quiet spot surrounded by nature on an island near Venice, this place fits the bill. The breakfast is impressive, plentiful, and offers plenty of sweet and savory options, and they even give you half a litre of sparkling white wine each day, which is a huge plus. At first it felt a little rustic, but once you experience the silence around you you realize you’re in the right spot. The staff were friendly and professional, and the rooms were spotlessly clean. The walls are a bit thin, so the silence is slightly compromised, and the facilities are somewhat rustic, but that’s understandable given the unique setting. Insects, ants, and mosquitoes are expected because of the location, but the staff acted quickly and were very kind.
