“Cumple”

The rooftop breakfast was nice, and the guy who works there is very friendly. The place itself looks pretty. It’s on a very quiet street. We arrived at 19:30 and they weren’t ready for us. The room wasn’t set up yet. The beds are really hard. It feels a bit neglected. We were alone, but with other guests there would have been noise because it’s not soundproofed. We could hear a lot when the staff was doing things in the riad. Also, the AC thermostat didn’t seem to work.

“Definitely stay here”

The room was lush, the location superb, the staff friendly, and each morning we enjoyed a great breakfast on the roof terrace, though a small fridge in the room would have been nice.

“Fantastisch sfeervol verblijf”

What a fantastic stay at Riad Fatinat! The room was beautiful, atmospheric, spotless, and had air conditioning. In the morning we savored a delicious breakfast on the stunning roof terrace. The reception was incredibly warm, friendly, and welcoming. Everything was impeccably taken care of. Absolutely recommended, we’ll definitely come back!

Typical Moroccan breakfast in terms of variety, but great in taste and served on the roof terrace.

Magnificent Riad, very good welcome from Hassan and the staff. They handled everything during our stay. The breakfast is excellent, served on the roof top. The location is top for walking to the center. Nothing to add.
