The hygiene was excellent and the mattress good, the room matched the photo, and the price/quality ratio was solid. The duvet was thin and too cold.

I liked how it was when I first arrived, but now the management is rude, dishonest, and unhelpful. The staff are unprofessional, the floors are dirty and never mopped, and the sinks are leaking. In room 109 the smoke detector was off, the sink was broken, and they blamed the guest for it, then called the guest by name in a rude way. This place is not suitable for a good night's sleep – roaches, filthy floors, and poor service. Do not stay if you want a decent night.
