The location was excellent, but the dinner was very sparse with limited choices, only one side dish, and no vinegar for the salad, making the overall presentation feel uninviting.

The setting in nature was pleasant, the room spacious, breakfast offered a table per room and a good variety of options, the staff were friendly, parking was available, the saunas were great, and there were extra towels and robes in the room; however, the mattress felt a bit too soft and we noticed the absence of a kettle in the room—though for some this might be acceptable since the restaurant is an option.

Staying in the middle of the forest was simply wonderful; we had hiked the Pogusch beforehand, and the location is no different from the famous Steirereck—truly a paradise on Earth! Partly it felt a bit out of place, but that justified the price‑performance ratio. I’m very grateful for this accommodation and will keep it in mind as a stopover on my next trip, so the coffee there is well invested.

Breakfast was fantastic, abundant and tasty; dinner was also available à la carte, which was very good and reasonably priced; the sauna area was wonderful, but a kettle in the room would have been nice.
