The place was awful, the room was never clean, staff were rude and uncivilized, especially Ms. Sharbil who wouldn’t even let me change rooms; I would never recommend it to anyone, I was shocked when I finally saw the hotel.

The hotel needs more attention; the cooling system is terrible and not suitable for a tourist resort, and even after complaining the room wasn’t swapped.

The room floaded 10 minutes after check in. was fixed and cleaned within a reasonable time. but woke up in the morning kids were shocking from the heat. i was told i needed to take off the card for two minutes to reset the electric circuit in the room. so the ac works again and the power cones back on. imagine, we have to check the card every couple of hours. no wifi in the room. . last but not least, lift not working
