I landed at 1 pm and it took me roughly 40 minutes to get into my room; the front‑desk lady gave me a keypad code but the lock wouldn’t open. I went downstairs, she changed the code and said it was odd, yet she stayed calm at her desk. After five attempts I asked her to come help, and with little enthusiasm she finally joined me and saw the problem. The cleaning was really poor, a bad smell lingered all day, especially after I went up the stairs.
