The pool, the friendly staff, and the proximity to the local food market and massage shops were all positives, but the pool didn’t open until 8 am and I wanted to swim before breakfast; a buffet breakfast would have been preferable.

The hotel was pleasant and well‑located, breakfast was limited but there weren’t many guests, so it was a strict minimum. The pool was dirty and the water was green.

Everything was clean and centrally located, but the staff didn’t really know how to make drinks. I ordered a Pina Colada and they had to study it before making it, so it didn’t turn out as it should have and sometimes took about 10 minutes to finish.

They allowed me to check in early only if I paid for another full night, which I did. The room was a good size with a king‑size bed and the air conditioning worked very well. The bathroom was clean but a bit tired. The shower constantly overflowed into the bathroom, which also had drainage; it felt more like a wet room than a bathroom. For the price, I didn’t mind. In the area there are scooter hire firms, a local market, bars with pool tables, and laundry services. The floors in the rooms could have used a scrub.
