The hotel was magnificent. The owner was very friendly and helpful, speaking only Spanish but we managed to communicate. Breakfast was wonderful with many homemade items. The room was pleasant with comfortable beds. Private parking was available. It’s a 15‑minute walk from the station to visit Bilbao, which is very convenient. The train stops right in the middle of the old town, and there are plenty of trains.

The location was outstanding, the bed felt incredibly comfortable, we slept like a log, and overall everything was fantastic!

José gave a perfect 10 rating, the decor was intriguing and the breakfast superb, though you can hear a bit of noise from neighboring rooms.

El entorno fabuloso ,personal ,limpieza desayuno ,cama ok. El acceso al hotel mal para personas como yo con movilidad reducida temporal mal , poca luz en el baño para maquillarse
