Camere moderne si mari. Curatenie exemplara. Spa cu servicii bune: piscina cu apa sarata (nu foarte mare), sauna, dus emotional. Mic dejun bogat cu mancare pentru toate gusturile. La ora 10.00, ti se aminteste prea franc ca perioada de luat mic dejun s-a incheiat. Mai multa politete nu strica. Serviciul de masaj prestat pe repede inainte

The room size was fine. We were by the lake, which was relatively quiet. The hotel seems to focus mainly on spa facilities, but we used those only a little. The location is good and the bus line at the door makes it very easy to explore Constanța. The staff we saw were not very interactive; they were not unfriendly, but it seemed they had little interest in guests. We also missed sports facilities, which I should have seen when booking. The bed quality was disappointing for us, especially because they were very hard.

The room was very good and the spa facilities were excellent. The property could have benefited from a lounge or bar area. The staff were not helpful or friendly.

Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable. The spa was excellent, and the room was comfortable and spacious. The bathroom was accessible and spacious too. Breakfast was provided and was good. The hotel generally delivered what it promised. Away from the spa, the accommodation was more of a bed‑and‑breakfast standard. While some breakfast items were fresh, the presentation could have been more interesting. The staff could also have been a bit more "smiley" at breakfast and more accommodating about closing down meal services. The bar closed at 10 pm, and the reception area was the only lounge space where our group could meet together. Unfortunately one of the rooms we had had rubbish from a previous occupant under the bed, which was only spotted when they were leaving. On the other hand the housekeeping staff were cheerful and very helpful.
