The staff was excellent, especially Max, who was very helpful and friendly, and the other team members shared that same friendliness. The location was ideal, with all the main attractions nearby. The cleanliness was good, and the staff also cleaned our room during our stay. If I return to Rome, I will definitely book this hotel again! The room was a little small.
