The hotel was clean and close to Haeundae, making it very accessible. No complaints.

The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was excellent, and I appreciated the coffee machine at the lobby entrance that let me grab coffee and water whenever I wanted. The location was great, near Haeundae station. The deluxe double room was very large, including the bathroom. Overall, I think it was a good choice for a 3‑star hotel. The room, while spacious, felt odd because the empty walls had black marks from suitcases, which didn’t give the best first impression. Some towels had small holes, and the glass wall between the bathroom and the room was covered in limescale, giving a slightly dirty vibe even though everything else was very clean. And most of all, the room had no closet—so I had the whole couch packed with clothes for five days.

The room was spacious and matched the photos, offering a view of the street. The fridge and small wardrobe were liked, and the beds were large and soft. In the lobby one could enjoy natural coffee, while the room itself had a kettle and electric stove. However, some chargers were burnt out, and the bathroom faucet and shower leaked, leaving the floors and edge of the tub constantly wet. The sink drain clogged, so water didn’t drain; after asking for a fix, a small hole was drilled, but that was all. Cleaning never happened, and trash wasn’t taken out. The room was a family suite for four, so garbage piled up over three days; we had to dispose of some ourselves. The disposable items were meant for 1‑2 people: three slippers, no towel changes at all. We won’t return, and we don’t recommend it to others.

Breakfast, location, chargers in rooms, coffee, ice and water were available 24 hours. The bathroom lacked a closed shower, causing the whole room to flood; there were no two large towels in the two‑person room, and the cleaning staff, despite the occupants’ insistence, left only one towel, requiring a daily pickup from reception. The bathroom separated from the room by glass was uncomfortable. Cleaning only occurred if a note was left on the door; if someone forgot, even trash wasn’t thrown away. Many contacts were present but mostly non‑functional. A cigarette smell lingered in some rooms. The mini‑fridge held only two small bottles of water. Two blankets were missing; an extra blanket cost 20 000 KRW per night, and the hotel didn’t offer a blanket at all. The lighting was hopeless: there were no small lamps, and everything was either all on or all dark; if one person slept while the other didn’t, everything had to be done in darkness or the other stayed awake because it was too bright. Despite reporting a clogged sink, no one came to fix it.
